Product features:
NiTi alloys exhibit good biocompatibility, and their shape memory effect and superelasticity make NiTi a material of choice for many biomedical applications. The following various NiTi wires and medically-oriented products are available.

Dimension precision range:
For wire diameters from 0.50mm to 0.80mm, the diameter tolerance is ¡À0.01mm
For wire diameters from 0.10mm to 0.50mm, the diameter tolerance is ¡À0.005mm

Delivery status:
Hot drawn (black oxide)
Cold-drawn and straightened (superelastic)
Medically clean per customer specification

Composition:
50.0~51.0atom%Ni (corresponding to 55.1~56.1mass%Ni), balance Ti.

Phase transformation temperature range:
=-30~70¡æ; can be varied by adjusting composition, degree of deformation and heat treatment; =-10~90¡æ; can be varied by adjusting composition and heat treatmentt.

Mechanical property:
Maximum complete recoverable deformation is 8%

Product introduction:
Braided by single wire, good flexibility, easy operation.  Peier performs stent braiding for esophageal, urethral, prostate, biliary, and vascular applications.

Fine Ni-Ti wires by weaving and shape setting
