Peier Technology is the trade name for Jiangyin Fasten-PLT
Materials Science Company Ltd. Peier Technology
was established in March 2003 by three parties:
Fasten Corporation of Jiangyin,
China; Pacific Resources International
Co., LLC (PRI) of the
United States; and Lumenous Device
Technologies Inc. of the United States.
With its unique technologies, Peier produces special NiTi
alloy products such as custom wires and strips for consumer,
industrial, and medical applications. Peier also
produces laser-micromachined stents and other custom metal
components. Our company does customized processing and assembling on metallic components/systems for medical device manufacturers with standard Controlled Environment Room (CER) and facilities.
Training for laser micromachining and
post-processing, and consultation in materials aspects
relating to medical devices are also part of Peier's services.
Product quality is essential to our entire company. In
January 2005, Peier achieved ISO 13485:2003 quality management
system certification by the British Standards Institution
in terms of "Laser micromachining and electropolishing
for medical device manufacturers, production and distribution
of medical Ni-Ti wires".
Peier is committed to the continuous development of products.
Our highly qualified R&D team includes individuals
who have completed Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. degrees.
The team has undertaken 12 national and province-level
product development projects and won a 2nd-place prize
for national science and technology advancement in 2001.
In addition, individuals on the team collectively
hold 14 patents.
